The Wellington-born all-rounder’s performance was impressive at the 2023 ODI World Cup, where he smashed 578 runs in nine innings featuring 3 centuries and 2 fifties- distinguished him from competitors such as Yashashvi Jaiswal, Geral Coetzee, and Dilshan Madhushanka.

Also, three hundred scored by Rachin Ravindra was the most by any Kiwi cricketer in a single edition of the tourney, a record that makes his numbers look even more impactful at the age of 24.
